RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, unworn, with all original components, accessories and packaging included. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions and confirm the applicable return address. Please do not send returns to the address shown on the original parcel. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise required by applicable law, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. Please include your order number and clear photographs or videos of the issue so that we can assess it and provide an appropriate solution.

EXCEPTIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned, including personalised or custom-made products, perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and products that have been used in a way that prevents them from being resold.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

EXCHANGES

The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the item you currently have. Once the return has been approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, subject to the exceptions permitted by applicable law.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused and with its original components and packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

This statutory right is separate from, and does not reduce, our voluntary 30-day return policy.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected and will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective, damaged, incorrect or applicable law requires otherwise.
