SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During periods of unusually high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

SHIPPING DESTINATION

Atelier Kova currently ships KovaRoll™ orders within the United States.

Orders are fulfilled from our US warehouse.

SHIPPING COST

Standard shipping is free for all KovaRoll™ orders delivered within the United States.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery is 3–7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, address issues or other circumstances outside our control.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

You will also be able to track your shipment at any time through the dedicated Track Your Order page available on our website.

Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the carrier’s tracking information to update.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as quickly as possible at  contact@atelier-kova.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please check around the delivery location and contact the carrier first.

For further assistance, contact us at  contact@atelier-kova.com with your order number and tracking information.

Atelier Kova is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

However, we will assist you wherever reasonably possible.
